2)d) There are several plastic bags in the large freezer in the play room, which is accessible to children because the safety latch came off the side of the freezer. 2)d) There was a large black plastic bag just outside the door on the patio in the outdoor play area where it would be accessible to children during outdoor play. 3)d) The safety latches on the washing machine and clothes dryer were not secured at the time of inspection. The safety latch on the clothes dryer is not adequate to keep the dryer inaccessible as it can easily be pulled open. 3)d) The safety latch on the freezer is not secure as it came off the side of the appliance when tested. 3)g) There is a bicycle out in the outdoor play area with the vinyl covering partially missing from the foam seat. 5)e) A power strip was accessible to children today at the top of the sofa in the play room.
